Systems of Situated Colearning

Collective learning and development is required to build resilient capabilities for volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous (VUCA) situations. The outcome is a systems mindset in which individual initiative is informed by reciprocity of cascading consequences in human-human teams and human-machine teams. To realize the potential of such developmental (trajectorial) collective intelligence, the collaboration between science and industry itself must be a priority in scientific programs and communities.
